It looks like we're going to have our first taste of a big snow tonight.
Weather reports indicate cities southeast of Denver and above 6,000 feet elevation (that's us) are under a "blizzard warning" through tomorrow morning. 3-13" inches of snow expected and 25-35 mile per hour winds.
So, needless to say....like any good native Texan.....I'm going to the store today to stock up on food and supplies that should last us through January. And, Blake is not allowed to drive anywhere past noon today. For those of you who have not been told, Blake slid off the highway and into a guard rail on his first attempt to drive through inclement weather. Minor damage to the car.....way more done to his pride....and our checkbook, of course.
