Preparing For Kindergarten

Carter managed to find the largest backpack known to man. He was on a mission to locate a Power Rangers backpack that rolled. You know, for all of those books at Kindergarten. We started at Target and they didn't have what we needed. We proceeded on and finally found it at the Disney Store. Here he is with it on.


And, he insisted that I include a picture for Dad with it in the rolling position. He's so proud!

Is The Pool Ready For This Beach Body?

Jack took a 5 minute dip in the pool for the first time recently. He wasn't quite sure what to think! Hopefully, he'll develop his brother's love of water in the years to come. Until then, we can at least admire his 3 month old physique.

Kids Camp 2006

Carter is having a great time this week. He's at Kids Camp with my parents! They play golf and tennis, do arts and crafts, and they've also attended a Sock Hop. Lots of fun.....thanks to "Granmudder and Grandad".

Widespread Panic

Just because we were 10-15 years older than most people there....doesn't mean we didn't have fun! Really, it was great. Just like old times. Pics include Jeff, Teel and Sean. Enjoy!

What's More Fun Than Taking A 3 Month Old to Six Flags?

Actually, Jack was an ANGEL. He may have fussed for 2 minutes total. A portable fan and plenty of liquids kept him happy and us, too! We all had a blast. Lines were short, so we rode just about everything! Favorites included the Old Fashioned Cars, the Mine Train, the Log Ride, and the Tea Cups. Just about everything we loved as kids, too. Some things never change. Enjoy the photos....

Jack vs. the giraffe

Each day, Jack works a bit harder to grasp the giraffe hanging from his play-mat playground. He's managed to accidentally get hold of it, but his coordination is not quite in tact in order for him to intentionally grab it. But, he's getting there. Baby steps....it's not easy being 12 weeks old!

Just a quick photo of the boys in their matching shirts. Carter so wants to be twins with Jack! He even wanted to name him Carter!

Blake called from Colorado and said it's the most gorgeous place he's ever seen. In Wyoming today and home shortly after. From what he reported, I think we're going to be very happy there!
