Lately

We're in the midst of all things holiday.

I'm reading my favorite seasonal book.....dreaming of SantaLand at Macy's in NYC.....thinking of David Sedaris dressed as an elf.  It's the perfect stress relief this time of year.

My favorite nativity was visited recently by a poisonous dart frog and a litter of puppies.

Seems legit.

Our elf has been up to all sorts of mischief this year with Blake taking over some of the responsibilities.

Today, he was discovered making copies of himself on the copier.

We've laughed at yesteryear Starnes children photos.

And, James was a bit late bringing the turkey home, but he brought flowers, so all was well.

Wait.  

That was in my head.

As of 8am tomorrow, when I drop these envelopes in the mail, I will be D-O-N-E with Christmas this year.  Presents have been shipped, gifts bought....even Santa's big 3 have been purchased!  I've never been this far ahead of the game.  Feels good. 

Now, it's just time for fun.
