The temperatures here in San Diego are improving. Should be back to normal in a few days. Normal meaning, highs of 70's and 50's at night. Just the way I like it.
I'm missing Fall in the Midwest. Nothing like it, peeps.
Found this recently.......certainly helps me get excited for football. (and by that, I mean preparing the food and enjoying the drinks)
My two teams are doing well.
Yes, Reggie got hurt. He texted me as soon as it happened. No big deal....he'll be back soon enough.
And, how about the all mighty LSU Tigers?
Look at that stadium. Such a beautiful thing, isn't it?
I can almost hear the roar of the crowd as the Tigers take the field.
How are your teams doing?

Love that song - I also love football and Kenny! Zona is undefeated and FSU has one loss ... can't complain!! My pro teams aren't fairing quite as well!
Let me try this again...
Love that song. Love Kenny. He actually filmed a portion of the video in Celina, just 5 miles from where we live. He surprised the high school kids at that school last Friday by showing up at their pep rally with a special edition of the video with all the footage from their hometown that didn't make it into the final video and visited all the "hot spots" in the town. Super cool guy.
I saw lots of Celina in the video......makes sense! He does seem like a great guy.
LOVE IT!! I so want to go to Tiger stadium this year :( Oh.. well. At least we're heading up to Blacksburg in a few weeks to see the Hokies play.
BTW - cool story from A.
Hey - that's MY two teams too!
PS: Guess who has tix to the LSU/Ole Miss Game?
Just saying...
Uh....my teams suck. And that's about all I have to say on this matter. Thank you very much.
I don't want to talk about it.
Mostly because my boys lost a heart breaker last night in the last 6 seconds of the game. But despite the loss, my hubs (QB Aaron Rodgers) looked mighty fine in his hot little tight gold pants. Rarrr. It's hard to calm myself during the game when he's bending over all the time.
And as excited as I am for you and your new adventures in Cali, I am sad you had to leave the midwest. Fall is my favorite time of year here... simply perfect. But this you know.
I don't have a team. I adopted MU, but I have no clue how they're doing. Isn't that sad? I don't feel like I'm missing out because I don't understand football. I sit and watch the cute butts and drink beer and eat chili and yell when everyone else yells.
(P.s. I totally laughed and woke up Josie when I read, "He texted me as soon as it happened". Awesome.)
Oh wait I just remembered the Chiefs aren't too shabby this year!
It is all about college football at our house. My husband and I sit in front of the TV on Saturdays and plot what games to watch. The Huskers are undefeated so far, but our last game did not look good. Next up is the Big 12 schedule.
