We toasted the runners/swimmers/bikers with some fried delicacies. I know they appreciated it.
Kids almost fell in looking for crabs. I love the harbor. It's all things aquatic and quaintly smalltown.

Yeah, I was totally going to do the ironwoman. then i remembered you cant use a beach cruiser and I only can swim for about an hour before my fingers turn blue.
All I can think about when I see that poster is, "There is a reason that biker is not sitting down. His balls would be so sore after riding 56 MILES after swimming over a mile and then have to run 13+ miles!!!" Is that odd? Glad you are teaching your children about great music to smoke pot to. Priorities right?

Yeehaw...never been called out in a blog before...I feel famous! And indeed, I am a weirdo and would LOVE to do that triathlon. :) Really tho, just anything at all on the beach would be lovely. Maybe we could skip the race and just go straight into the cocktails. :)
