Pardon The Delay. Blogger Has Been Rather Difficult Lately.

I spent about 36 of the 24 hours possible yesterday trying to upload photos.  At one point, I wanted to throw my laptop out of the window, but then I knew I'd have to crawl through several bushes to receive said laptop and there are some wicked spiders lurking these days.

I wish someone had told me about the spiders in California.

I would have stayed in Kansas.

Moving on.  I've got some scoop for you.  Nothing all that interesting, so "scoop" sounds a bit more exciting than it is.

My latest Subway art.  Found it at Eighteen25.  LOVE them.

And, while we're discussing them, SARA, could you maybe keep your 'I can do that' comments to a minimum?

Said on my teacher gift pic, a la Mom's Little Secrets:

" I kept meaning to ask you where u found that subway art. Stealing this for Hud's teacher this year! :) such a cute idea."

You see, Sara, the whole idea behind my business is that I DO STUFF FOR YOU.

Otherwise, this would be simply an extension of my blog, showing you how to do crap.  My intention with MLS is that I do that crap for you.

((((((Who hasn't had her coffee this morning???)))))

Moving on.

(Sorry, Sara.  Oh, and Happy Birthday!)

Here is our mantle.  Keeping it simple this year.

It rained the other day in California.  Surprisingly school was not cancelled, but 2 of our children - one born in Colorado and the other having lived most his life in cold weather states - insisted on all the gear.

Yes, she's wearing snow boots.  Don't worry about it.

OK, so we went to Disneyland on Friday.  Kids were out of school.

Disneyland at Halloween is super, super cool.

I don't know.

There's Aerial (and Lainey's hand).

Duhnt duh duh.

The all time wickedest (it's a word) attraction ever.

Decked out in Nightmare Before Christmas goodness.

I can't wait to learn how to use Photoshop.  Then, I shall remove those crows feet and stay 24 forever.

Nice, Blake.

Yall know he's just doing this to try to pick up women.

I told him he needed a REAL baby for it to work.  He's obviously out of practice.

So lady like.

Hann, these are for you.  I risked my membership at Disneyland and took some pics in the Haunted Mansion.

If Disney googles something significant today and I end up getting my privileges revoked, I would appreciate it if you'd fund my entrance into the Witness Protection Program and pay for some sort of appearance alteration so that I'm allowed back in the park.

I love this ride.  Both ways........old school and holiday version.

Court, here is the Bippidi Boppidy Boutique.  We'll be all over this in a few days.

I held my camera up over some peeps to get this pic and the Disney employee cast member politely said, "No pictures, please!"

I asked if we were allowed to photograph when our kids were getting make-overs.  She said we were, but only if we had our kids there.

My response:

"Oh, okay. 'Cause otherwise I just look like a creepy perv, right?"

***************crickets****************

*************stares all around**************

I need to just stop talking all together.

The punks.

Jack, ever our pragmatic child, sees all costumed adults for what they are.

Freaky.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there were some support group for all of the Santas, parade characters, and Chick Fil A cows Jack has encountered over the years.  His response to them is not always favorable.
If I could read his mind here, I think he would be all, "Dude.  You should have stayed in school."

Yes, Blake.  You are having fun.

Twirl, twirl, twirl with Daddy.

I have a blind date at 2:30 today with a friend of a friend.  It's a playdate.  Her name is Kate and she has a baby.  I'm so excited to hold a baby. Ainsley, our current baby fix just turned 1, so I'm ditching Holly.  Sorry, Hol.  I love the bebes and Ainsley's walking now.  That means she can escape me.  Time to move on.

Speaking of, I promise my next post will be nicer.

Later, peeps!

Bobby and I went to Disney World at Halloween several years ago. It was FANTASTIC! We can't wait to go at Christmas time in the next 10 years with our entire family. My siser and I already decided that's what we want to do for Christmas one year. It will be so much fun to take our kids together!

Is it wrong that your posts make me happy? Especially the grumpy ones? Want to know why I love your family so much? Because you are happy and perfect and posed all pretty all the time. You keep it so real and I love it!!! I love that I'm not the only one out there with pics of her crazy kids pitching fits and making faces. Glad you can make it to Disney this time of year. My in-laws just got back from going with my sis-in-law and her family. My MIL said she kept waiting for us to show up around the corner. I told her I was too. I love Disney, especially at holiday time. Blake, you are priceless my friend! Ok, better run, I look like crap and I have somewhere to be in an hour.

Yeah, like who the hell wants to go into bippity boppity boutique and take random pics of kids? I can't wait to hear how the date goes with friend of a friend. I hope she brings her daughter because she seriously rivals Lainey on the cutest thing I've ever seen!
