We're loving this weather! Wednesday was just too nice to keep the boys inside. We headed out to the Dallas Arboretum for the Ultimate Tree Houses exhibit and to get a sneak peak on the fall decorations. The tree houses were so cool....many extreme and art deco. Carter kept asking about a "normal" tree house with a ladder he can climb. Nothing at all like that there. As with each post, you can click on the photos to make them larger.
Gorgeous crepe myrtle walk.
Carter under the first tree house made to look like giant leaves.
Running through the hay stack maze.
At the frog fountain.
We followed this rabbit for about 20 minutes. Carter thought he looked just like the one in the children's book "Guess How Much I Love You." I agreed!
Funky tree house. It's huge! Carter is in the bottom left hand corner of the picture, to give you a perspective on the size.
Red tree house entry. There were 13 in all....each very unique.
Jack is so happy in his new travel stroller. He has yet to make a single peep sitting in it. He loves to be able to look around and see everything!
Balancing on the beams.
My favorite!
Carter gets to this point and says, "Mom, I don't think we're in Keller anymore. I can see the ocean!"

You have inspired me to make it to the tree house exhibit. I loved the terra cotta pot version! Carter's observations are always on the mark - he is a doll!
So fun! I wanna hang out with guys during the day!
