Starting To Think We Might Have A Problem

The accommodations we make for "Meow Meow", "White Yamby" and "Pink Yamby" are getting a little out of control. (Thanks again, Coco, for leaving the pink one here to add to our entourage.)

In addition to bringing these guys (plus a baby doll) with us wherever we go, feeding them on outings, allowing them to sit in the stroller......we're now tucking them in at night.

It's a total beating. Yet, another step to our bedtime routine, which has already been compromised with daylight savings.

Then, we sing to them. Each song sung for Lainey has now been adjusted to include their names. And, we pray for them. Yes, we do. Lord help me.Check Spelling

But, look at this.

Look how happy she is.

Which means I'd sing to all her babies, 20 times over, if I get to see this sweet smile each night before going to bed. Before saying my own prayers and thanking God humbly and immensely for blessing our lives with sweet Lainey Caroline. She's worth every exhausting effort.

Casey! She looks like you in this picture..so much!

We have a similar situation with Carter's puppies. He has about 12 now, and i have to kiss and hug each one...just the way he wants me too, and if I don't meet his expectations, he wants me to do it again. The things we do for our babies. =)

You pray for them?! Oh Lord.
The other day after her nap, she made me go in and get all those nasty things. I kept getting it wrong (and she refused to get off the chair to come help me find them in her crib) so Jackery came up and helped me find all of them. He even seemed annoyed by it.
So worth it, though. Look at her smile!!

This is so precious.... I used to tuck all of my animals in too. And I still tuck my bun in (yup, almost 30 yrs old and I still sleep with my bunny). How sweet is that smile on her face.... beautiful.

Pure sweetness! This is the stuff you will remember when she has outgrown her little stuffed lovies. You are a great mommy, Casey!

That is just adorable. I was the same way when I was little. Or so I have been told.

So sweet!
We are having a heck of a time with the time change also. We actually moved Fiona's bedtime to 730 tonight. It worked, but I'm afraid she needs 12 hours of sleep and she'll be 30 minutes short now.

In the blink of an eye.... they are big. I was just holding Ellison 5 minutes ago and saying "I wish you were still my 2 year old little girl".

love this! I was very into babies when I was a kid. My Mom even let me dress mine up and bring it to church with us. She(Katie)sat on the row with us and even had her own Bible!

I feel your pain & joy! We had an imaginary friend who hung out at our house and went everywhere w/ us for about 2 years. I was so happy when Ethan informed us that his "friend" moved! Ha!

Cute, very cute. But, wait a minute. Please educate me, How long do kids sleep in cribs???

She is such a doll. When I lay Hannah down for naps she has two babies, a stuff dog that's mine but she claims and it's almost as bit as she is but it's her pillow and Wilbur's (he's our real dog) blanket. Not to much room in the crib for her but she loves it all the same.
Thank you for sharing. Oh also gotta try those nests, look might good to me.
Take care and God Bless!!!

She can keep those forever and ever.

Kel, our boys were out of their cribs at age 2. Lainey is 2.5....and I just can't seem to make the move. I'm about to give up my diaper bag. That's a big one. Next, comes the crib.
