Kelly Corrigan

I just finished The Middle Place by Kelly Corrigan and thoroughly enjoyed it. Not what I was expecting after watching the video above.....which so beautifully pays respect to women's friendships and support for each other through life. Instead, the book chronicles her journey through cancer and the very special relationship she has with her father, who also develops cancer. It's encouraging, thought provoking and really a wonderful read all around. Can't wait to learn more about her.

I'm re-posting this video, which still brings me to tears after watching it at least a dozen times since first seeing it. My aunts, sisters and girlfriends have pulled me through some of my most challenging times in life....this relocation being one of them....and I'm humbled by your support and to call each of you a friend.

Thank you for sharing! I love the video. I bought the book today & can't wait to read it. The video had a few shots of the Breast Cancer 3 Day walk which I did here in Dallas in 2007. I can't wait to share it with the girls on my team. Thanks again! - m
