OK, bloggies.

Just a couple more days of vacation recap to post. I know. I'm growing tired of it as well. But, next is Disneyland with Pa! You won't want to miss that.

Some scoop......

*House is tentatively leased. The first person flaked and so we've been showing it recently. Should know if this next option is a good one......after credit checks, etc......in the next few days. Cross your fingers.

*Move date should be late September if it goes through. While we were anxious for it to be sooner, this gives us a little more time to sort through what we're taking/selling/donating.

*Looking for townhomes/houses in San Diego to lease. People out there seem to have a problem with us not having jobs. Something about their being worried we might not make our payments each month. I thought people who lived by the coast were more laid back?

*Job search is going well for Blake. Happy to know we might have a few options. Besides standing on the highway with a picture of our "cute kids" asking for handouts, as my Uncle Bob suggested we do.

*Jack asks everyday if we're "going to Californah". I tell him we have to wait for a few things to happen. His rebuttal? "The truck is here."

*We know we're crazy for doing this. It's OK if you think so, too. Life is short, peeps. Too short to not do what you love.
