Full Circle

Peeps. You're going to need to sit down for this one.

Remember this post? Talking about how Blake was laid off from his job in May?

And, then this one? Where we shared our news of pulling out a map and deciding where to set roots?

I know. You thought we were nuts. We did, too. But, we went for it!

And, Blake got hired back with the company. We could not be more grateful for this opportunity. I could not be prouder of my husband. He did this. All by himself. Yes, I wrangle the punks at home and make sure they're fed and clothed, but we're where we are in life because of him.

He starts back officially November 1, exactly 5 months after his 5 month severance started.

I can't make this stuff up, people. It all fell into place.

I'm not saying this would work for everyone. I'm not saying we didn't have a little luck. I am saying that I'm glad we believed in each other enough to take this risk.

Life is too short, peeps. Get out and live yours.
