Snow Blanket

It's always so pretty the morning after a snow....before kids trample through the yard, before the shoveling begins. It's just a perfect blanket of white...glittery and serene looking. Can you tell we just moved here? I'm sure the "true" locals are thinking, "Darn it! I have to shovel the drive way again!"



We have an unknown set of tracks on our back patio each morning after it snows. It could be a cat for all we know, but it's very exciting to talk to Carter about the possibilities! A wolf? Coyote?


Look closely at the tracks and it appears that he walks to the grill and then back to where he came from. Perhaps he's getting warm under there.
