Sunday With Pa

On Sunday, we ate lunch at Lodo's, one of our favorite restaurants here in Colorado because of the great views and fun location. Then, we drove into Colorado Springs for what was supposed to be 2 trips to local attractions - one being Seven Falls and the other, The Garden of the Gods.

Unfortunately, we drove up to Seven Falls with only 4 minutes remaining on the nature trail taking us to the best feature there. So, we opted to skip that site and we proceeded onto The Garden of the Gods. With unpredictable weather and eventually rain, we made this visit a short one and then headed back north to Brighton.
