Crazy Carter (with crazy parents for letting him do it) got into the water. He loves the ocean and being there, he couldn't help himself. Minor frostbite....no big deal.
He would have swam all night if we let him.

Harborside Restaurant in the Balboa Pavilion where we ate. Location is everything here....the food was terrible...but pretty views.
