Christmas Cards

It always seems a bit more like Christmas when the first cards start arriving. Thanks, Millie and Nicole!!!

We display our cards on a wreath given to me by my friend, Amy, years ago. She made the wreath by hand using a knitting ring, close pins, ribbon and glue. It really is an easy craft to make.

This is one of my favorite Christmas items to bring out each year and I hope to have it forever. So, if you're looking for a new way to display your cards, go to Michaels, buy the supplies and get started.

Here are the instructions from a 2002 Martha Stewart Living magazine (No, I don't still have the magazine. I cut out this part.)

I remember you mentioning this cute craft last year too! Maybe I will make one some day. I display my cards too. I bought some lovely thick red ribbon at Michaels. I have the ribbon on the wall and then attach each card with a clothespin. No crafting necessary for this one!
Thanks for sharing!

Great idea! We never figured out quite what to do with the cards once they arrive and usually resort to taping them onto something which isn't a good way to display them.
