Pearl Harbor

In honor of the anniversary of Pearl Harbor today, I thought I'd post a few pictures taken at the memorial while we were there a few years ago. If you ever have the opportunity, see it in person. Words cannot describe the power of this landmark.

And, if your memory of US History is not so clear (as mine is often not), take a look at this site to get a quick re-cap of the tragedy that took place. In less than 2 hours, twenty one of our ships were either sunk or damaged. 2403 Americans died.
