Breakthrough

So, since Lainey's birth, Jack has been....well....less than enthusiastic about her presence to put it nicely. Besides squealing each time she touches him, throwing toys at her, or stealing her teethers, he rarely even acknowledges her.

Why? Not sure. Too close in age? Is it a boy/girl thing? We have no clue, as we're just figuring this whole "raising kids" thing out on a daily basis.

What I do know is that we made a major breakthrough yesterday when Jack not only pushed Lainey in the swing but greeted her, too! "Hi!" A word spoken from Jack to that awful little creature that stole his thunder! I almost cried upon watching it all happen. Enjoy.
