Nothing makes Blake and I feel dumber than playing Wii with Carter. We just don't catch on quick enough for him. He's a smart kid.....maybe too smart......so trying to catch up after he has mastered a game is no fun at all.
Today's conversation while playing:
Casey: "Ok, I'm done. Blake, your turn."
Carter: "Yeah, Dad. Mom's not any good. You play."
Blake: "Your Mom's good at some things."
Carter: "Yeah. Nagging you."
When did they get on the same team? And, I'm not talking about Wii.

Oh, what a little SQUIRT!! Hilarious!!
OH.WOW! As Brad would say 'dagger' ;)
I love this story. I miss that little man!
He's a quick one. Especially with the one-liners. I played Mario Wii with him and I felt like a dumbass the whole time. And I've been playing for years.
What a turkey! That is too funny! Wii is dead to me ever since the wii made my character be fat. No thank you! I would like the virtual me to be slim and rich.
That is too funny! Kiddos say the funniest things and a lot of the time it is quirky!
Yesterday Ashlyn had me cracking up twice at what she said!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!! My mouth is still on the floor and I'm grinning at the same time. That is HA-larious!!!!!!!! I'm sorry for you, but that was quick. He's good.
Hmmmm... I can see Lainey saying things like that in the future. Am I wrong? Never met the girl, but I just have a feeling. : )
BOYS!!!! and i love the nature walk, looks lovely. cant wait to find a farmers market in OKC
Don't you hate when your kids are better at those games then us? Love your story. Thanks for sharing.
Take care and have a blessed weekend.
Lol...BOYS! I know what you mean about the wii and playing catch up to a kidlet.
Catching up on your blog since I was gone all week! Carter is so tall and super funny! Love all of LC's outfits and sweet smiles! And Jack is perfect just the way he is. And you, you opened up so honestly and it was enlightening to read. You need to write a book in all your spare time. :)
lol! clever!! gotta love boys.
my mom's 3 brothers used to call my nana the 'battle axe' and my mom the 'battle hatchet.' not amusing... haha
I love Carter.
shut the freak up! That is so awesome. did Blake just die!
Michael can't wait for when him and Liam can gang up on me!
Blake is still glowing from that. Yes, he loved it.
Prepare yourself, Jen.
I played Wii for like the third time last night and I am certain that Carter would make me feel dumb. I have found that cocktails make the Wii far more entertaining and more forgiving.
