We have not been to Vail in over a month and had NOTHING to do with the following incident, although, two people have sent me this article suggesting the possibility.
I'm sure this guy is going to benefit nicely from this 7 or 15 (depending on who you ask) minutes of embarrassment and I'm not so sure he doesn't deserve it. I'll never encourage unnecessary litigation, but come on. He has some compensation coming his way.
