A Long Walk

After two kids with stomach bugs and nearly a month of 'off and on' illnesses for the family, we're taking every opportunity to get out of the house. Anything to keep us moving, keep us exercising and staying active.

So, Carter boarded his Fusion and the little ones pushed their baby strollers. Well, Lainey's baby strollers, but Jack has no concerns in that regard.

Our little monsters.

Hugs for Lainey.

Sweet Carter catching Lainey on the slide.

Off roading.

Enough!

We walked down the street to the playground and this takes most people about 5 minutes. Add 2 toddlers pushing strollers and you can multiply that amount by 6.

The trip back was even more difficult, as they had lost interest in the babies and were tired from all the activity. Jack kept the stroller going longer than Lainey. I think sticking your tongue out must help. Might try that myself one day.

Lainey didn't get the tongue memo and ended up like this:

And, before it was all said and done, I ended up like this:

Carrying 2 toddlers and 2 strollers.

Lesson learned.

Love the picture of you holding two kids and two strollers.. oh, girl, how I've been there. What is the age difference in Jack and Lainey? My youngest are 20 months apart... and I have the 8 year old to help (a little!)
