Signs that our parenting standards have weakened since adding additional children to the litter:
Carter wasn't allowed to watch SpongeBob Squarepants until he was 4 years old.
Jack can sing the theme song.
Carter's bed was perfectly made each day; room was kept tidy; design theme was changed each year.
I haven't seen the top of the bunkbed in a week; toys are picked up, but "tidy" is a stretch; what is a theme?
Closets were impeccably organized, clothes hung by size and season, shoes lined up perfectly.
Jack's clothes are still in the guest room closet, seasons are mixed, shoes thrown in a cubby.

Now your house is like mine and I thought I was doing pretty good. For what it's worth, we never make our beds. :)
We do make our bed every day. Carter's is on the top bunk and out of sight and it's so annoying to crawl up there. Jack's just has a sheet and his Thomas blanket. Lainey's crib is easy to straighten. So, we have minimal upkeep.
The perfectionist in me will re-emerge soon if the house goes on the market.
Glad to know that your crown is tilting a little bit. ;)
